Mosaic Resonanz Group (MRG) is a multi-disciplined team of pragmatic visionaries, dedicated to the mission of revitalizing communities by creating vibrant, affordable, inclusive mixed-used housing where all generations feel a sense of belonging. We harness innovations and use a triple bottom line approach to facilitate this goal and stimulate economic success for residents and local citizens.
Why is the Need so Urgent?
The housing and homelessness crisis is serious and widespread! The number of low-and-moderate income residents unable to find and secure housing that is both affordable and suitable to their needs is growing exponentially.
As illustrated in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, housing goes hand in hand with other foundational needs for human survival and well-being. This includes food and water security, financial security, social stability, and feeling a sense of belonging and acceptance.
The pandemic takes this to a whole new level, especially for those most vulnerable.
COVID-19 disproportionately affects those living in poverty. And this impacts us all.
